For this purpose, the guarded Osteotome also known as Goubisch Osteotome features a 4.0mm guarded beveled blade supplied with a sharp cutting edge. Moreover, the blade is available in straight and curved left or right patterns. As a result, surgeons can reach the nasal dorsum from the left or right nostrils with ease.
In addition, the Fanous Osteotome features a solid handle with horizontal ridges. This particular design ensures a strong grip and minimizes the risk of slippage
