Surgical Green’s Potts-Smith Forceps feature handles that are lightweight and flat which enables better manipulations and compressions during many Plastic Surgery procedures. The corrugated surfaces on the handles optimize the surgeon’s grip.
Potts-Smith Dissecting Forceps comes with narrow tips that increase access to deep tissues. This Forceps grasps delicate mucous membranes, foreign bodies, muscle fibers, sheaths, blood vessels as well as skin and subcutaneous tissue.
The dissecting variant of Potts Smith Forceps includes 1 x 2 teeth at the tip which allows secure and super grip. The narrow profile of the instrument also adds to the precision of dissection.
In addition, the operating forceps include fine serrations on the handle that act as secure anchors for the surgeon’s hands.
