Miller Rake Retractor
£50.00
Surgical Green‘s Miller Rake Retractor is an ophthalmologic surgical tool that allows surgeons to hold and retract soft tissues, especially during complex procedures such as lacrimal sac surgeries.
- Nine Curved Prongs For Precise Retraction
- Blunt & Sharp Tip Profiles To Avoid Tissue Damage
- Ergonomic Flat Handle For Enhanced Surgical Control
Surgical Green’s Miller Rake Retractor is an ophthalmologic surgical tool that consists of a solid flat handle and a hook-type working end.
This retractor resembles a small rake with its four wide, blunt prongs. It is helpful in tight spaces such as the medial canthus/lacrimal sac. Examples of its use include when removing the medial fat pad during blepharoplasty and when performing transcaruncular dissection.
Moreover, the wound retractor’s flat handle features an ergonomic outline, therefore it ensures optimal instrument controlling tissue retraction.
Secondly, the wound retractor’s hook is available in sharp and blunt profiles. For that reason, the instrument adapts to a broad range of surgical needs. Additionally, like other Rake Retractors, our Miller Rake Retractor can be used during very delicate lacrimal sac surgeries.
Lastly, we manufacture all our Retractors & Dissectors from premium quality stainless steel that allows easy sterilization and reliable reuse of instruments.
