We made the long blade of the Converse Periosteal Elevator with a 4 mm size and around the end in order to separate soft nasal tissues without direct cuts. In addition, the outer edges of the blade are blunt to prevent damage to surrounding structures. You can use the blade’s curve to lift tissues smoothly. In addition, its straight profile allows you to see the working tip in small spaces.
