£50.00
Surgical Green’s Desmarres Chalazion Forceps is a specialized surgical tool that ophthalmic surgeons can use for engaging and isolating chalazion and other eyelid cysts, looking towards their further complete excision.
- Atraumatic Large Circular Tips For Grasping Larger Chalazion.
- Adjustable Screw Lock Mechanism For Controlling The Clamping Action.
- Ergonomic Ridged Handles For Avoiding Slippage.
Surgical Green‘s Desmarres Chalazion Forceps offers a broad range of benefits for the ophthalmic surgical staff. These benefits allow the correct removal of chalazion from the inner surface of the eyelids. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to grasp delicate tissues and expose the ocular surgical field during blepharoplasty.
For this purpose, the Chalazion Forceps features a pair of round blades that can measure 20 x 13mm or 25 x 13mm. Moreover, one of the tips features a fenestrated profile, and surgeons use it to isolate the chalazion. After that, they proceed to graduate the screw lock for clamping and finish the excision.
In addition, the Desmarres Chalazion Forceps features a pair of flat, ridged handles supplied with an ergonomic outline. This particular design grants surgical comfort and minimizes fatigue during lengthy procedures.
Secondly, we manufacture all our Thumb Forceps in premium-grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
