Surgical Green‘s Freer Septum Elevator – Double Ended assists doctors to treat nasal diseases. For instance, the device removes parts of the bones in nose tissues during septum surgery. This helps repair nose fractures and deviations that result from trauma or disease.
Therefore, the Freer Septum Elevator has a central handle with a long frame to increase your grip and control. Moreover, the outer serrations increase your comfort and prevent hand slips.
You can use the two blades of the Freer Septum Elevator – Double Ended to suit different approaches. For example, the sharp blade helps separate tissue planes and cut tough tissues. On the other hand, the blunt blade has a flat surface to help identify bones in sinus surgery. In addition, the outer edges of the blades are round to prevent damage to surrounding structures. You can also use the blade’s curve to lift tissues smoothly.
Several figures of the Freer Septum Elevators are available to suit different approaches. They range in size from 18.5 to 20 cm and have a slender design to reach deep parts of the nose. This range allows you to customize your approach for every patient.
