Surgical Green‘s Killian Septum Gouge offers a wide variety of surgical benefits for ENT surgeons. These benefits play a vital role in ins plastic surgery procedures that involve the nasal cavity.
For this purpose, the instrument has an 8.0mm atraumatic concave blade equipped with a sharp cutting edge. Moreover, the blade follows a bayonet-shaped shaft that enhances the vision of the surgical field.
In addition, the device features a solid handle supplied with horizontal serrations. Also, the handle has a bottom round impacting platform for receiving careful mallet impacts.
