Surgical Green‘s Freer Septum Chisel is a unique tool used in rhinoplasty and nasal reconstructive procedures.
For this purpose, the Freer Chisel features a one-sided, wide beveled blade supplied with a sharp cutting edge. Moreover, the blade of the chisel is available in curved and straight patterns for reaching different surgical approaches. As a result, surgeons can cut slices of the nasal septum for reshaping.
Besides, the Freer Septum Chisel has a solid, round handle surfaced by a knurled pattern. Also, the handle has two lateral small wings at the bottom for better control of the chisel.
Lastly, all our Osteotomes, Chisels & Gouges are available in premium grade stainless steel with a dual satin and mirror finish.
