Rees Face Lift Scissors
£30.00 – £70.00Price range: £30.00 through £70.00
Surgical Green’s Rees Facelift Scissor is a multipurpose instrument commonly used during blunt and sharp dissection of tissues. It is usually used to dissect sheaths during general and gynecological surgeries.
- Micro-Serrated Blade To Ensure Secure Grip
- Smooth Outer Edges Prevent Soft Tissue Damage
- Ergonomic Finger Handles For Better Control
Surgical Green‘s Rees Face Lift Scissors come with round tips that are ideal for blunt dissection of tissues. The scissor is also useful for cutting through tissues. Cuts fascia, dense organ tissues, tendons, as well as skin and sutures.
Especially includes one blade with micro-serrations and one extra-sharp blade for sharp tissue dissection. These blades work to cut the tissue quickly, allowing rapid dissection. The micro-serrations also improve the grip of the instrument on slippery tissue.
In addition, the operating scissor has smooth edges which allow it to easily pass through tissues without damage. The blunt tips of the instrument also work to prevent adjacent soft tissue damage. Comes with a rivet screw joint, which allows smooth instrument handling.
The supercut version has serrated blades that securely grasp slippery tissues. Moreover, they also prevent tearing of the surrounding tissue, preventing damage. In addition, it includes ergonomic ring handles, which improve control over dissection. Also has a lightweight and streamlined body that minimizes user fatigue.
Thirdly, all our Scissors are available in tungsten carbide variants as well to meet demands for increased resistance.
Furthermore, like our Gorney Face Lift Scissors, the Wilkinson Scissors have a streamlined body and are lightweight to ensure comfortable handling. Includes ergonomic finger handles of the Rees Face Lift Scissors, which enhance control of the instrument.
Surgical Green’s Rees Face Lift Scissors
Design and Functionality
Surgical Green’s Rees Face Lift Scissors feature round, blunt tips, specifically engineered to facilitate blunt dissection of tissues. This design allows for safe and effective cutting through fascia, dense organ tissues, tendons, skin, and sutures, while minimizing the risk of damage to adjacent soft tissue.
Blade Construction
The instrument is distinguished by its blade composition: one blade possesses micro-serrations, enhancing grip on slippery tissue, while the other is extra-sharp for efficient, rapid dissection. The micro-serrations prevent slippage, ensuring clean and controlled cuts, and work in tandem with the sharp blade to expedite dissection.
Joint and Handling
Equipped with a rivet screw joint, these scissors are designed for smooth and precise instrument handling. Smooth edges enable effortless passage through tissues, reducing trauma during procedures.
Supercut and Ergonomics
A supercut version of the Rees Face Lift Scissors is also available, featuring serrated blades that securely grasp slippery tissues and prevent unintentional tearing of surrounding tissue. Ergonomic ring handles are incorporated to enhance control and reduce user fatigue, and the instrument’s lightweight, streamlined body further promotes comfortable, prolonged use.
Material Variants
All scissors, including the Wilkinson model, are also offered in tungsten carbide variants. This material provides enhanced resistance and durability, catering to the demands of rigorous surgical environments.
Comparison with Gorney Face Lift Scissors
Much like the Gorney Face Lift Scissors, the Wilkinson model is designed with a streamlined, lightweight body and ergonomic finger handles, ensuring optimal comfort and control for the user during surgical procedures.
